This is a “quick fix” until more time can be spent on this page. QR signalling is very complex and, in time, it will be fully explained. For the time being, this is an extremely broad overview of QR colour light signal indications. It must be noted that all QR signals that display a STOP aspect are deemed “absolute”, even automatic signals. There is no provision in QR for passing automatic signals at DANGER without authority of the Train Controller (there are some exceptions that will be explained at a later date).
