Builders
The Story of the Motive Power of Queensland has to start somewhere and it was most likely a factory from places as close to home as Kangaroo Point where the Story Bridge is now (Evans Phelan Anderson) to the Baldwin Locomotive Works in Pennsylvania, NY in the US. The following articles provide an insight into the companies that built the locomotives from the past and to the present and future, and also outline which locomotives emerged from where in an easy to read list.
